Overview: Application Development & Data Migration. Customer is a full-service broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, and insurance agency. 

The Challenge:

A large portion of data was comprised of “On- Premises” sources. Hauling statistics from various feeds was getting difficult for Brokers, as well as Advisors, to get the accurate data to the clients punctually and accurately.

The Solution:

We executed a cloud migration, to import data from various sources using cloud data-flow into Cloud Sequel. Building a web based on advisor application, equipped with government-level security, (using Okta SSO). Also notifying from Native applications and integrated third-party applications, that they are aggregated into this centralized area. This guarantees important action items which are highlighted and easily accessible; a SOLR powered search capability. We viewed and summarized details for clients, and account records, as well as the ability to launch relevant applications from those records (including CRM software, custodian websites, and document storage systems) we built a marketplace and knowledge base for Brokers and Dealers to customize their experience.

The Benefit:

Brokers and Dealers have been able to meet compliance needs. This has been getting access to data faster, which also has increased client retention along with onboarding by 30%.
